Alexys is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Prescriber specialising in aesthetics and dermatology.

She has completed her Pgdip in dermatology and advanced certifications in botox and dermal fillers. Due to her dermatology background she is able to diagnose a variety of skin conditions and lesions. She is always looking at new ways to improve her knowledge within this specialised industry and is currently completing her MSc in Aesthetic Medicine at Queen Mary University.

Sharon is a CIDESCO-qualified beauty therapist which she obtained 28 years ago at the ray cochrane beauty school in Baker Street London. She is passionate about skincare and creating a person-centered care plan to suit each one of her clients. She offers a variety of holistic treatments from specialized facials to relaxing massages including lymphatic drainage and pregnancy massage.

Lauren started her career in 2000 with an aromatherapy qualification from Chesterfield College. This was the beginning of her career striving to help people using her hands and non medical prescriptions for health.

Lauren trained in Swedish massage and qualified as a physiotherapist from Nottingham University in 2005. She thoroughly enjoyed working for Nottingham Cricket Club for 5 years and this was followed by a musculoskeletal specialist private practice and a clinic in a Running Shop.

Her NHS career has progressed along side private practice and she has co wrote a text book and has three publications in editing. She is head of UK for physiotherapist who practice in mental health where she continues to find time to help both mind and body.
